We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer limited returns and refunds under the following policy:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if they are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received
- Defective or broken
- You must provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Products that have been used, damaged post-delivery, or altered in any way
- Products without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
- Email us at info@pebblepath.in or call +91-97208 36543 with your order details and reason for return.
- If approved, we will guide you with the return shipping address.
- Items must be securely packed and shipped within 5 days of approval.
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- Ineligible returns will not be refunded and may be shipped back to you.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item, we bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
