We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer limited returns and refunds under the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if they are:
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective or broken
• You must provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Products that have been used, damaged post-delivery, or altered in any way
• Products without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

• Email us at info@pebblepath.in or call +91-97208 36543 with your order details and reason for return.
• If approved, we will guide you with the return shipping address.
• Items must be securely packed and shipped within 5 days of approval.

4. Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
• Ineligible returns will not be refunded and may be shipped back to you.

5. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item, we bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
